Brief Biography

Jeff Rendel, CSP, brings a wealth of education, knowledge, and experience to the platform for your corporation or association.  With experience as a federal regulator, financial executive and Congressional lobbyist, Jeff knows business and, especially, the financial services’ marketplace. 

As President of Rising Above Enterprises, Jeff works with associations that want more loyal, dues-paying members and with professionals who want greater professional growth.  He also works with financial services’ providers that want deeper market penetration and engaged, committed workforces.

• LCD projection system.  Jeff brings his own laptop (Compaq Presario V2000) and remote control (RemotePoint Global Presenter).

Learning Guides

• Audience members always receive a learning guide, whether it is a program outline, workbook, or guide.  Audiences never receive just a copy of the program’s Power Point slides.
• Typically, three weeks before his program, Jeff will send learning guides to you, for photocopying, via email.  When travels or current additions to the program prevent this, he has a “slam-dunk-beat-your-in-house” photocopying corporate rate with the largest office supply enterprise in the land.  This allows him to send an electronic file to the copy center, pick it up at a location near you, and bring the copies to the meeting himself.  No hassle.  No shipping.  No problem.

Travel

• While Jeff flies first class, rest assured you’re billed for a coach fare.  Staying fiercely loyal to a multi-airline partnership allows for this benefit (and provides a major example in his customer leadership programs).
• Jeff typically makes his own hotel reservations as he may be working with other area clients or bringing his family with him.  Regardless, you’re billed for the lesser of his actual rate or your hotel contract rate.
• Jeff gets himself from the airport to your meeting and back.  Whether it’s via hotel shuttle, taxi/sedan, or rental car – Jeff will be there early and at a reasonable cost.
